Loved by guests and industry colleagues alike, the family has over 40 years in tourism and many generations in Margaret River.

Lizzy has worked closely with the McLeod family for years, writing website content, managing social media and working closely with Lincoln to prepare their tourism award submissions. Her work helps showcase the storytelling and small team while communicating the boutique experiences that set McLeod Tours apart from other operators.

A highlight of this partnership has been the tourism awards, and how the process of analysing activities and results lead to new business initiatives and processes. Lizzy wrote the submissions that secured Bronze in the Tours and Transport Operators category in November 2025, and Lincoln a Finalist place in the Individual Excellence awards.
